It just never occurred to me

I took another cooking class at Stiller’s and this one focused on Italian antipasti’s.  I never knew you took a mallet to a fairly thick piece of beef tenderloin and beat it mercilessly to make carpaccio.

The class was great (read yummy food), totally enjoyable (read wine) mostly (read French housewives who didn’t want to be my friend).
